Every render has generous headroom

Image models draw the ceiling where it looks best, which is always higher than a real basement. The habitable height you need is roughly seven feet finished, with a lower allowance under beams and ducts, and the arithmetic that gets you there runs downward from the joists through the ceiling finish and every service you box in. The ducts are missing or decorative
